procurement of PV systems for commercial or residential development projects:

Initial PV System design concepts

• Initial meeting, review project site details, discuss options and limitations with key project personnel.
• Develop range of PV system options with preliminary analysis. • Confirm key issues with Utility, State agencies, and local building department as they impact prime options.
• Work with architect to select appropriate PV System(s) designs including consideration of BIPV and Net Zero Energy options.
• Work with architect and consultants to finalize roof or other PV array site layouts compatible with building design and structural requirements, PV array needs and BOS equipment requirements and layout.
• Review recommended options with project personnel and select PV system design approach.
  

Detailed engineering design and economic analysis

• Develop preliminary project design and production analysis. Obtain feedback from project personnel. Modify as needed.
• Finalize PV system sizing, design, and installation requirements.
• Provide PV project drawings and support package including single-line, array support, and array layout drawings.
• Provide Solar Site survey and analysis for proposed PV systems design package.
• Provide detailed economic and cash flow analysis including discussion of tax benefits that accrue.
• Provide PV Project scheduling and time-line development support.
  

Support with CEC/CPUC Buydown, Utility interconnection, Permit issues

• Work with utility to resolve interconnection requirements, net metering, and other utility issues.
• Prepare, ready for filing, CEC/CPUC/Utility PV Incentive Reservation.
• Submit on behalf of client material required to obtain and maintain Utility PV Incentive Reservation(s).
• Identify and resolve interconnection issues with Utility.
• Provide permitting support for PV systems applications.
  

Provide complete bid package for proposed PV system)

• Develop specifications and bid package for the proposed PV system for turnkey supply and install.
• Provide potential bidders list. 
• Provide bid evaluation services.
